Bio
I grew up on Long Island as the daughter of two immigrants, and then went to college at U-Conn to study psychology and dance performance. After graduating, I worked as a social worker for several years in Middletown, CT. I then settled in the suburbs of Philadelphia to have four beautiful children.
After four children left the house (finally!...just kidding), I became interested in improving one's body through self-awareness. I then trained under Aliza Stewart and David Zemach-Bersin for several years, before opening my own practice.
